Birge and Held, a comprehensive real estate company, was looking to overhaul their website to better align with their modern, progressive approach to real estate. One of Birge and Held’s core values in real estate is to deliver results, not only to their investment partners, but the communities they serve while renovating and building infrastructure. Their old website did the job of telling who Birge and Held was and what they do, but it felt too small-scale and didn’t speak to the true abilities of the ever-growing company. Birge and Held wanted to show that all across the country they were positively impacting communities by transforming properties and providing value to their investors, not just in the local Indiana community.

Brand identity update and user interface design
To coincide with their new website, Birge and Held wanted a slightly refreshed logo to further paint the picture of their updated presence. Along with the logo, we created custom icons and a set of graphic elements to help set their brand apart.
Sleek and modern
The design works as smoothly on mobile as it does on a desktop — making it a truly responsive experience. The unique minimal design approach makes great use of the brand’s graphic elements as well as their outstanding property photography.
The website is especially easy to navigate thanks to its’ ‘sticky’ global menu. All site content is organized and structured so that visitors can easily scroll and quickly find the information they’re seeking.
The case studies convey a lot of information in a visually interesting layout. Each page highlights a project’s critical facts and features while including a compelling call-to-action that increases website conversions.
