Jasper Group’s JSI brand is their most well known entity and includes their broadest offerings of furniture. As their flagship brand, we set out to ensure that their main product website would set the standard for all their other sites.

We kicked off the project by doing a deep dive into their current technology, as well as the issues that their team and customers were experiencing with the site. The old site wasn’t only failing to tell the story of their amazing company, it was also lacking a modern shopping experience, as well as being clunky on the backend—making it time-consuming and costly to maintain.

After conducting thorough research and assembling insights from analytics, interviews, and competitive analysis, we were ready to put ideas into action.

JSI serves major enterprises across a spectrum of industries that are often looking to outfit entire buildings. In addition, they sell their products through extensive dealer networks, and on top of that, they have a catalog of furniture with millions of customization options. Needless to say, their business model is complex.

They needed technology suited to their operation that was going to provide a simple user experience for dealers and buyers. In addition, they needed a system to easily administer extensive product data.
